Global Overview of existing national cyber capacity Assessment Tools Report (GOAT) is an initiative of the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), the Working Group A - Task Force Strategy and Assessments, under its Work Plan, 2020. The report aims to create awareness of the existing cyber capacity assessment tools, providing details on their methodologies, outputs, and impact. This helps the GFCE community, including beneficiaries, funders, and implementers, identify suitable tools and approaches to address prevailing needs and knowledge gaps.
